Find a local bee keeper . . . look under "local honey" and suggest they come 'own' the bees. The bee keeper may be delighted. If not delighted, he will know what to do.

Bees don't actually swarm to protect their hives. A swarm is when a whole colony moves to find a better site. A swam has the queen at the centre and are usually not harmful as they gorge on honey before they move and this prevents them from bending in order to use their sting. They aren't that rare although in some areas there has been a marked reduction in numbers of bees due to something called Colony Collapse Disorder which is where a whole colony dies .

These colony insects are very beneficial so don't try to injure them..Call your county extension agent and someone will be absolutely delighted to remove them from your property,take care of them and give them a new home!! I only wish a swarm would come to my property

Get a flammable can and a lighter and light them up
Get a samurai sword and decapitate them!
