Well from some past experience and 2 kids later....with my 1st son i started my cycle then stpopped for a week then got my cycle again in the same month.I went out and baught an E.P.T took 1 test it said i wasnt then a couple of days later took another E.P.T and it said false agin i finally went to my local health clinic where they did a urine test and it came back negative i then just thought it was stress so the next month when i didnt start my cycle i went and had a blood test done and it was positive. With my second son it was a breeze i knew what i had done wrong and when i didnt get my cycle it was obvious.... Really you can never be to sure though cycles are late and umbalanced sometimes due to stress ( her being stressed because she hasnt started can throw her cycle off ) your best bet would go and get a bllod test done good luck

Missing or being late on a period could be so many things, it drives a woman crazy. Stress, weight loss or gain, increased exercise, pregnancy, and other more serious conditions. One the pregnancy issue, she could still be pregnant. Tests aren't 100% correct all of the time. With my second pregnancy, I had to confirm it with others just to make sure there was a line there since it was extremely faint and only half way across. Since it could be one of many different things and I'm guessing this isn't a regular thing for her, making a doctor appt. would be the smart and best thing to do. Good Luck

Remember that technique is key for performing these tests. Did she wait long enough prior to checking the results? Did she use her first morning urine - which will have the highest concentration of HGB? Other things to consider, does she normally have a regular period?

I would get another test and follow the instructions to the letter.

If the test is positive, call your family doctor or obstetrician and make an appointment. If it is negative, I would still follow up and find out why her period is irregular.

it could be possible she is pregnant but the pregnancy test isnt picking up the hormones 2 show a positive but depending on her age it could be menopause(not sure if i spelt that correct) but u should contact ur doctor soon so he or she can tell u more and possibly do a test 2 see if she is pregnant also

Well if she has had a moth in the past, then the chances are this one will be a caterpillar too until it changes to a beautiful butterfly. Let it stretch its wings and fly . . . fly little butterfly, fly.
