Sorry dude but it's most likely dying.

Has it been watered to the roots in this hot weather? Watering over the top, is not a good idea.

Is it newly planted? They need a good drink when first planted.

Could be something in the soil.

Keep watering for a couple of weeks, if it doesn't revive, then it's most likely had it !

(1) Lack of water and/or.
(2) Lack of fresh compost
(this answer assumes that the plant is in a pot, and not in the ground).
