My friends are always telling me that I'm full of useless facts and information... (I read alot of things and mags!) lol.
...Here are some I know that have come to my head...

1. You shouldn't change your shampoo too frequently... It takes about 6 weeks for your hair follicles ton adjust to the chemicals in the shampoo... and if you change too often... it wrecks them...

2. If you chew too much chewing gum.. It may be good for your teeth but its bad for your health... When you are chewing, your stomach thinks you are eating (from sent messages from the brain) so your stomach produces more stomach bile/acid to prepare for whats going to be swallowed as its fooled into thinking you are eating, then you suffer from excess stomach acid...

3. If you don't dust in your house, the dust particles get in the air and it can get into your lungs and home in your lungs and eventually cause asthma
