For a non-managerial job:

- give some examples from your experience that demonstrate that you can technically perform the work required
- can you work the schedule required by the job (on-call, overtime, weekends as needed)
- how do you handle deadlines and time pressure
- how do you react to stressful situations and conflict (from customers and peers)
- what are your strengths
- what areas need to improve

Think about accomplishments that show you at your best.
Analyze past situations that you did not handle very well. How can you put what you learned about yourself in the best positive way. You don't want to appear to be whining or blaming.

Write all this down for yourself as a way of thinking about how you will respond to difficult questions. Do not lie, but you don't have to unload everything that you know. They are interviewing you for a job, not asking for perfection.
