Your own thoughts....

No. The most and absolute basic freedom mankind has is the right of free will. We have the right to sin and receive the punishment, to do good and receive the reward. How could anyone be judged righteous of wicked when they are not responsible for the actions they are judged upon? People claiming God or the devil made them do things are either reaching for an excuse for their foolishness (or crimes) or are genuinely insane.

Yes everyone has self-talk. It can be adaptive and help you through difficult situations, but it can also be maladaptive and this is the internal conversations that you need to stop. They serve no purpose other than to upset you. So in essence, the voices in your head are you. Unless they are completely seperate identities, in which case you should consult a professional.

depends if they are just thoughts or literally audible to you. it also depends if these 'voices' are thinking or telling you to do thinkgs!

if it is the latter in both eg, then there may be a problem.

Dogs. Barking frickin' dogs. Shepherds, retrievers, terriers,.....dogs. It's the yippie little barks that make me catatonic. They go silent when I sniff turpentine.
