Before you think of going to the emergency room, which will cost you a lot....call your doctor first, and try to get in right away for an evaluation. You might just have a pinched nerve in your sciatica that could cause the symptoms, and he might prescribe a muscle relaxer, or anti-inflammatory. Good luck!

A kidney stone, obstructed bowel or Appendicitis? All are medical emergencies, Please go to the ER!?!
Symptoms of a hernia include pain or discomfort and a localized swelling somewhere on the surface of the abdomen or in the groin area.
The pain with kidney stones is usually of sudden onset, very severe and colicky (intermittent), not improved by changes in position, radiating from the back, down the flank, and into the groin. Nausea and vomiting are common. *(I had this and it was terrible)
It could also be your back causing you trouble.
There are so many possible causes, without seeing a Dr. one can not be sure.
I have this due to a fractured spine and bulging disks, I too have Fibromyalgia.
Sciatica is pain resulting from irritation of the sciatic nerve. Sciatica pain is typically felt from the low back to behind the thigh and radiating down below the knee. The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in the body and begins from nerve roots in the lumbar spinal cord in the low back and extends through the buttock area to send nerve endings down the lower limb.
In other words go to the hospital. Good luck. Let me know what happens.

You've been ill for three weeks??? Go to the clinic, inform them the Zithromax is not running. They'll by and large agenda a colonoscopy for you...It kinda feels like irritable bowel syndrome. IBS is a sickness that interferes with the average capabilities of the colon. The signs are crampy stomach discomfort, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. It's identified via its indicators and signs and via the absence of different illnesses, and it does no longer damage the intestines and does no longer result in melanoma. It isn't concerning Crohn’s disorder or ulcerative colitis. That's what I feel, however actually, you should not cross to individuals on-line for scientific recommendation. If you could have a problem, cross get it looked at via a legitimate. Good success, and I wish you can believe larger quickly. :)

hi, i really think you should go to the doctors, it may be a cyst or something growing, that's pressing on a nerve, i had endometriosis, and i got cysts that pressed on the nerve, then my endometriosis spread under my ovaries and was the nerve endings to my legs and spine and the only treatment was hysterectomy. so please get it checked out. I'm from UK, and I'm glad we don't have to worry about paying for health care, we just take it for granted, and then when, i read something, like whats happening to you it makes me appreciate what we have. good luck

Based on the symptoms you described it sounds like it could be the endometriosis and yes, I would definitely go to the ER to have them double check to see what is going on to be on the safe side.

I think that you should not wait another minute sitting there and go directly to the doctor, considerinf the pain, the time that it's been going and the othet health problems you have. Go! There is nothing to wait for! Go!
