How i connect wireless internet in my Desktop PC. I have wireless bluetooth adapter in my PC (External). (In our office already wirless internet provided)... It is enough Bluetooth adapter for connection wireless internet..... If anybody's knows please explained me?

no its not enough ... !
its just for bluetooth and u need to get a wireless adapter for ur pc, install it and then u can start working on wireless.
u can go for a USB wiress adapter.

No, Bluetooth is only used to connect peripherals (like printers) to your PC without cables.

check whether the drivers has been installed in ur pc.
if it is connected then check ur usb is connected to the port (com4,com5-to identify this ,START->CONTROL PANEL ->PHONE AND MODEM->MODEM) OTHERWISE plz contact ur service provider

I think you need PCI/USB wLAN card.
