no, I've been a taxi driver for a short time, and I quit because people are too quick tempered and the job barely makes anything after you pay for car rental and gas. People who wanna offer you less than the meter says are only cutting from that little petty change that is made. Most days I worked 12 hours and was lucky to come home with 20-40 dollars after everything was said and done, then I had to deal with the customers, it was not worth it. The money may be better in other areas, but here it's like working 12 hour days for a welfare check or something..not even enough to survive on.

i wouldn't **** with a cab driver... my father in law was a cab driver and he stopped the car and literally threw the passenger in the middle of the street......
plus, most of them have a gun.

There are no cabs where I live....only long country roads, cars, tractors, pickup trucks and the occassional bus.
