Can a 500w power supply handle an X1950 pro vid card? an 8800 gts?

my processor is a Pentium D 2.8ghz dual core

The X1950 Pro is a 66 watter and the 8800GTS is a 103 watter.

YES for both BUT it has to have strong +12V rails especially for the 8800GTS. Dual 18amps would be best.
