It isn't hard at all! just remove your air box and the tube that goes to the top of your manifold and take your O2 censor out.
put the cold air intake in the hole were the tube was then push the O2 censor into cold air intake. the tighten the screw straps. that it you've installed a cold air intake. i have one on my car and i can tell a big difference. i also used to get 28 mpg now i get 33 mpg! a cold air intake cool your engine and the cooler your engine the more horsepower!

Not difficult but the only useful need for a cold air intake is in combination with a turbo charger and then for a diesel It allows for even more compression of air to the cylinders.~~

They are easy to install and alot of them on ebay.... all go for $40-$50 ..... go here
