He was upset about something that we don't know and was going a little bit overboard. Yet, imagine they will tape you arguing with somebody and make it public. I think, there is a fat chance that the most of us would sound like assholes.
I think, this is intrusion and and violation of privacy. And I am saying this, while never being a fan of Alec Baldwin.
