if your motherboard has sli capability the go for the highest pair of ge-force's you can afford with sli
the sli allow you to place to video cards in tandum
allowing you to have two monitors or double the power to run one.
I have a pair of ge-force 7300's w/sli and I can run
Flight Simulator X both monitors at med. high graphic detail and it doesn't lag a bit.

Dude u r supposed to mention the Budget whenever asking such questions.
I'd recommend Geforce 6600GS, 6600GT, 7600GS
as all these are sufficient to run all the games present in the market, give optimum performance & are relatively cheap.
I hope I've helped You.

If you want something cheap, try the 7300GS. If you want better, get the 7300GT or the 7600GT.
