whenever u have any number multiplied by 10^x do the following:
If x is '+'ve:shift the decimal towards right x-times.
If x is '-'ve:shift the decimal towards left x times.
In your case its 7.8125*10^-3.
thus,shift decimal towards left 3 times & u get:0.0078125
