I use newegg.com,
I got a pair of 7300 gs' running in sli mode for 2 monitors
doesn't even lag running flight sim X on meduim high graphics when using both screems.
no lag running full bore graphics on one.

as for the on board and shared memory

on board, mean the card has X mbs of ram on the card to use

shared means it is going to use X mbs of memory from your motherboard's ram.

Yeah, 1 very IMPORTANT thing u need 2 know when buying a graphic card. What do you want to do with that graphic card? If you only want to do office work or browse the internet, even the worse graphic card can do that.

If u want to play normal games(Counter Stike, Warcraft 3 and so on) a decent graphic card will do (about 128 MB ram).

If u r a hardcore gamer, then go for the updated graphic cards.

So unless u would like to play up-to-date games, don't even bother so much about your graphic card. A decent 1 will do.

If you really want to enjoy games, get at least the 7300GT ddr3. The choices you listed are pretty slow entry level cards but much better than integrated graphics.

Turbocache shares RAM. It will go up to 512Mb only if you have large RAM. But nothing beats onboard videoram, especially ddr3.
