It is a common complaint in pregnancy. High levels of estrogen and progesterone circulating in the body bring increased blood flow to the mucous membranes in the nose. which makes them get sofft and swell.
If it is congested you can use a saline salt spray, they are completely safe. You can also use nasal strips they are also safe. These things are not medicated so they have no harm.Don't use medicated unless prescribed by a doctor.
You are spitting out drainage from you nose they are connected

Because the effects of the nasal spray are limited to the nasal tissues, it's probably the pills, not the spray, that are causing the side effects. Since it sounds like the side effects outweigh the benefits you are getting from the medication, go ahead and stop taking the pills. You might want to try the spray a little longer, since it can take a few days to have full effect. As for natural remedies, spicy foods are probably best; the chemical that makes foods hot and spicy also has the effect of loosening nasal secretions. If you try something and and it doesn't seem to help, go for something even spicier; the spicier the food, the greater the effect.

I had terrible morning nosebleeds in my first trimester. I started sleeping with a humidifier in the room at night and the nosebleeds stopped.
