I am working on a EMS project and i need help! What are the advantages and disadvantages of being in a partnership(business partnership)?

Advantages: Shared expenses...Usually more buying power and Shared responsiblities..However, the disadvantages are: Making decisions become very difficult, partners do not agree....Depending on the business, giving straight answers to employess sometimes becomes conflicting..One partner says one thing the other something else. Communication is the key and sometimes that becomes the downfall of a partnership..

You absolutely DO NOT want to create a Partnership. Create the business as an LLC or S-Corporation. Check with your accountant.
