i have seen the video on youtube, and all of the racist remarks to us are wrong, dolphin slaughter isnt as bad as human slaughter,
back to the video:
most japanese (including me), love animals, and we wouldnt do any of thye things in that video.
and are ocean and country is clean, no blood or anything like U.K / U.S.A, and i have never seen any dolphin, not much whale either.
and explain the chicken massecre in u.s.a, search Chicken Slaughter on youtube.
it made me cry,
but so did the whale one, if any japanese did this, the emporor should lock them away in prison.
what are your opinions?
(i will not accept any racism)

In my opinion, everyone regardless of race, language or religion, should treat nature with care. Mother nature has her own way dealing with those who disrespect nature. Stepping up more protection isn't enough to educate the younger people on harming these innocent creatures. We need to educate them.

I say, we who loves the environment should do our best to protect these creatures life, not only dolphins, chickens or whales but to the rest of nature- which include not littering and polluting the environment.

One way I had helped, I'll do my best refraining myself from consuming meat.

Let's make the World a better place to live in. *Peace* =D

I have seen the video since months ago, actually I placed the link to see it in a question I answered to a guy who was against the seals killing by the group who got stock, I think that group was from Canada and their supplies were running low, but,Who cares after what they were about to do? About what you said about chickens, Did you know that those chickens that are scarified by thousands in the USA are grown up for that and that you aren't place the chickens in the extinction list, but What about the dolphins? You can't compare a dolphin, which is intelligent and rationalizes almost as a human, with the chickens, Have you ever heard about a wild chicken saving the life of a wrecked person by helping that person to reach shore? I haven't either, but I do heard so about wild dolphins helping wrecked people to reach beach and that have saved them. So, What kind of consideration dolphins need? All of it and to say to Japan to stop the killing and the consumption of such a noble animals and the same thing to Canada to stop the brutal killing of the noble seals. If you hear the video the narrator says clearly "In Japan..." Why he'd said in Japan if isn't Japan? Why letters in stores, boats and trucks are Japanese letters if isn't Japan? Please don't blind your self 'cause is your country, in the other hand try to see where is that, if you didn't know, and once you know you'll be able to do a lot of things because you are already there.

If anyone hasn't seen the horrible video, here you can watch it http://www.glumber.com/media/dolphins, the images are very strong, please have discretion.

I've starred your question not because I agree with you is because I want my contacts to read it too.

I'm sorry to hear that there were racist remarks. But I do know that the dolphin slaughter does happen in Japan. They herd them into a bay and then slaughter them. The sea runs red with blood. The Japanese also kill thousands of whales every year so that they can eat whale meat. America has done some terrible things too but we do not kill dolphins or whales. And I live in California so I can tell you for a fact that there are lots of whales, dolphins, and seals off our coast. If we get caught killing just one, we will go to jail! I hope your country stops killing them too because they're beautiful animals.

I've seen footage of the Japanese Dolphin Slaughter and it made me really angry. Dolphins are especially hurtfull to be seen killed because they are so intelligent and social animals and it strikes a chord in the human heart because they seem so innocent, almost child-like in their behavior.

Chickens are an easily replenishable and internationally accepted food source, whereas dolphins are eaten in Japan solely because it is exotic and expensive.
