the bear that my ferst bf gave to me. i realized ive put all those memories of the past in it, an if i want to move on, i have to let it go, it hurts tho..cause it feels liek ill geve up the innocence i lost soemwhere in my past too..maybe i dunt want to admit the pain that happened to me, but i thenk its time to let go ♥

Bitterness. Which is, in all honesty, self-pity, the feeling that I didn't deserve to be treated like this or have to go through etc., etc. Bitterness is the selfish belief that I am the only one in the world who has to learn how to lose....money, friends, innocence, family, belongings, memories........Pain isn't fair. Loss bites with mammoth jaws. Love unrequited burns with all the pinching indifference of dry ice. Loss through death cannot be described, though we have all felt it. And it's about time that I stopped feeling like I somehow have earned a magical ticket to be spared from these experiences, any more than I feel entitled to all the wonderful moments that balance this world. We have no right to question "why?" when something bad happens to us, unless we also question when something good happens to us. Of course, I am still learning this, but you made me remember that I am supposed to be working on it! Thanks!
