Realized that I was born in the wrong body when I was 6 year old. I live as a female 24/7. Have been on hormones for over 10 years, now. Have had lots of surgery. And, I have only 1 more op to go.

Possibly because of your environments (such: all sisters in a family, all girls in friendhood, etc). More speculative reasoning is because in your previous reincarnations, you were born female. At the end.. you were born male in current life, then there must be reasons for that. If you feel something wrong with your effort along this time, you can try the other way: to be a man. I am a man and i enjoy being a man so much, even not as big guy type but a gentle one.

Good luck to you. I've got a transsexual uncle/aunt, and she now feels happy with having become a woman in every way. The family is not however... they/we couldn't get used to she and her and so on.. we kept calling her uncle jenny. .. not very nice of us and I hope you will be happy for the rest of yr life.
