Remember: 50% of all people are below average intelligence. It's not a big step from that fact to popular elections putting to doofuses in charge.

Because Americans are lazy. They don't care that their government is stealing from them, cutting down the tree of liberty and clearly they do not care that the government does not represent them.
When I say Americans are lazy, I am speaking about America collectively and lazy in that Americans generally are so brainwashed they wouldn't know what reality was if it hit them upside the head.
With that said, there are Americans who see and speak. Perhaps these yahoos as a collective needs to be reconstituted by real Americans such farmers, factory workers, house wives, some elderly and garbage men. I bet America would serve the people first and the yahoos will cease to exist outside the mental wards.

Only got reported once for a stupid reason, I was going to appeal it, but other answers said they just allow appealing to sound fair. I mean maybe it happened a few times, but I think they were kidding. Just go along with it, read the guiellines and terms of service JUST IN CASE, then delete your email talking about it. Everyone gets reported sometimes, and it;'s usually for stupid reasons, if any.

Duh, they obtain their position by the American people voting. Here I looked up the definition for you on Dictionary.com. Hope this explains it for ya.

2. the means by which such expression is made, as a ballot, ticket, etc.
3. the right to such expression: to give women the vote.

Well they were voted in, in this last election. Let's hope we can throw the bums back out and get back Republicans running the show again. It's such a waste and I knew it would be. At best they cut the student loan interest in half which is nothing and will take years before it goes in force.

(1) They were smart enough to steal 2 elections.
(2) They are good at instilling fear amongst the general public.
(3) The Democrats were too chicken to stand up to them, trying to be "civil".
Hopefully things are changing now and we will soon be able to put these people in prison and start repairing the damage they caused to our country. I just wish there was a way that we can take back these 2 Supreme Court justices because they were appointed by an illegal "President".
