I don't think even the Undertakers streak started out on purpose, just at a certain point the looked back and said, "Hey you know the guy hasn't lost at WM yet so lets make a big deal out of it." If Cena wins the next two WM's then I would say something is up.

Yes . I think they like his Ex - Marine image and want him to represent this in his victories. Just as I think Mr. McMahan intended to have his head shaved long before he solicited
the rivalry with fellow billionaire Donald Trump . He will go to great lengths to entertain . Remember When Hulk Hogan said he only beat Andres the giant because he allowed it ...? Some things might not be planned but much is politics.
Don't think triple H broke his quadracept on purpose though!
