If you are talking about getting hired to teach, most schools are reluctant to hire their own graduates for full-time teaching positions because it can create a program that is too in-bred and lacking in fresh energy and approaches.

If you are talking about other sorts of positions, perhaps your spelling is part of the reason you are not getting hired? In a short writing sample of two sentences you've made all kinds of mistakes. Many employers automatically throw out an application with typos--their thinking is that if you can't be conscientious about your own letter and resume (which presumably is really important to you) then what kinds of sloppy mistakes will you make on the job?

it is the univ job to educate you not hire you. You pay to get an education you dont pay to get a right to work for them.
try earning a job instead of thinking you are entitled to one

I agree with the first post. Universities educate you. Hopefully when you are done, you have the skills to be able to find a job independently.
