I dont know what router you are using so I cant be specific, but in your routers configuration there should be a place were you can view what MAC addresses have logged into your DHCP server.

Goto my network place> show icon for UPnP devices> invoke UPnP devices.
Look for DHCP properties it would tell you your current wifi users. If there are some foreign piggy back-ers it would show.
Note that the DHCP server only show current status and hitch hikers might not be logging on at the time you're watching. Securing your network is the way to go.

There is a universal way to stop this problem and to see who is online...

Type "192.168.2.1" (without the quotation marks) Into the address bar of your computer - and look at the settings for your network & who is online.
This works with most routers & networks - especially belkin.
