I went to the Philippines in 2005 and from what I recall sportbikes are almost unheard of there in the Manila area. You will probably have to go to Japan to buy it and then have it shipped to Philippines. It would be interesting to see that bike in Philippines, you would never get a speeding ticket since the police cars there are so slow.
