No. Henry is gone and he took the running game with him. Young might be a good QB, but without an actual running game, defense will tee off on him all day. Let's see him improvise out of an all out blitz.
Also, the receivers took the money and ran in the off-season. Even if Young figures out to get his completion percentage up, there is no one there that can catch the ball.
The NFL will not miss "Pac-Man," but the Titans will. There is no one else on this team that can fill his side of the field, so teams can throw pretty much where ever they feel like.
To be honest, I couldn't understand where the Titans were at during the off-season. The only team who seemed more out of the loop were the Bills. They let their best player walk and made no attempt to keep anyone. I don't believe they have any cap problems. Maybe the front office thinks that Fisher is great and can patch together a potential winner for the second straight year. If I am Fisher, I work as hard as I can to eek 7-8 wins out of this team and then leave next year. I believe Washington will be looking for a coach.

Tennessee Titans have a very good chance to make the playoffs. They will be without Pacman Jones so that could hurt them on Defense. Also, Vince Young is on the cover of Madden. So if the Madden jinx occurs again, he will miss some games because of injury and Vince is their MVP.
Another thing, don't forget that the AFC has become very competitve so the Titans might have a little challenge getting in.

I have and always will believe in the Titans. Although Pacman isnt there this season, the team will concentrate more on playing rather than his troublesome behavior. I dont care what anyone say, Vince Young is the next Steve McNair. He is young ambitious and determined to get to that dance. My good friend Keith Bulluck is still going at it strong and not to mention all of the transactions that has taken place. Jeff Fisher knows what he is doing and although the team is still rather young, they can still be molded into one of the best teams out there. Yes, AFC is strong, but the Colts let a lot of their good people go due to salary cap, Houston still hasnt found the direction that is needed, and Jacksonville only has a decent defense, when the major players arent injured. I know that the Titans will rule AFC South. GO TITANS!

You maximum suitable have faith it i'm leaping on the Titans bandwagon ideal now. they gained't basically make the playoffs yet win the AFC south. i do no longer care relating to the Indianapolis Colts triumphing the whole Bowl, they are over the cap and somebody has to bypass. The Titans had the main suitable checklist interior the AFC south against there warring parties, they went 4-2 and beat the Colts. they have Vince youthful, Pacman Jones, Chris wish, Keith Bulluck, Travis Henry, and David Thorton. they are gonna have yet another good draft this twelve months and Vince youthful gets greater beneficial. look out Peyton you could no longer be the super call of Tennessee lots longer.

ok, Pacman, is banned for a year, VInce Young is on the cover on Madden AND this is the NFL and Teams DO make adjestments. He lost his number one wideout and who knows what is going on with their backfield situation. Vince Young did nothing great but run this year, you know who else does that? Mike Vick and he was on the cover of Madden once also. I loved Young at Texas but he NEVER passed the ball and was complimented by a running game that got going. If Young doesnt improve his passing, he is juts gonna be another scrambling quaterback who cant pass and got hurt. and eventually sucks. (Vick, Stewart, CUlpepper, he could pass but losing Moss sucks for him). Sorry Titans, You take another Backseat to the colts and the Jags. The texans are making strides too so maybe you can compete for third in the division, although, they don't look like they know what they are doing either. DAVID CARR HAD 60% PASSING COMPLETION! That is amazing, just give the man a damn line and he will make thing happen!!

i agree, with their main defensive threat(pac-man) gone for the year, look for titans to be sitting at home come playoff time. True the running game has improved and vince young looks to be the steal of the 2006 draft(besides reggie) it still is the afc, which just keeps getting more and more competitive each year.

Probably not, they have lost a lot of key players and haven't done much to recover. Evan with a great draft and Vince Young continuing to progress the way he is it will be tough.

Nope. AFC is to strong. they will have tough enough time just in their division, with Indy & Jacksonville. Not to mention Crak man jones who despite his stupidity was a big contributor to their defense.
