Question what should I do there is this girl I was talking too is now pregnant and saying the kid is mine and I found out she has a Sexual Assault case on her for 16 and under and also her father has a Sexual assault case on him also don’t know the age think I would win in court. I don’t want my kid around them. She is 26 and I’m 24

Get a lawyer and a paternity test. I also strongly suggest no longer "talking" to her, in fact i'd avoid her like the plague. Worry about what sort of contact you have with her and her family after finding out if the baby is yours or not. If you still feel uneasy about the circumstances the child will be raised in, discuss who to go to with your concerns with your lawyer.

Obviously, you should get a genetic test done to find out if the kid really is yours.
If so, I don't really know what to tell you. There's a whole heck of a lot more to having sex than just having sex....hopefully you thought about that while you were "busy".

Talking with her didn't get her pregnant, I would ask for a DNA test to be done, she sounds pretty sleazy, and you also considering the circumstances, I hope you've learned from this. Good luck
