Why do some women not wear ANY makeup at all?

It's obvious to me that the more makeup the better,
I like racoon eyes, it makes women look more exotic.
Why not wear any, when even any makeup improves their appearance?

darling, you're a yak, of course you'd like the "racoon" look! not everyone needs makeup. if you don't, then don't wear it. if you like the hooker look, then good for you.

Obviously you are living in a cave. Only raccoons have raccoon eyes because they are the only ones that look good that way. As for makeup improving someones appearance, this is not always true. You obviously want to see a painted up fake instead of the real thing.

I think some women don't wear make up at all because they don't have the time other times I think they don't know how to apply it correctly and just don't. But sometimes think it or not they haven't tried it or have but went with the wrong tones so they didn't look great or personal opinions. I don't wear make up in a regular basis just lip gloss but if I go out somewhere extra nice or adequate I do and I like it! Since I know how it's no problem. But I guess it all depends. = )

I don't think there is any do or don't here.... i can go without it or i can wear it no biggy really.... if a woman wants to look finished and well a little makeup brings the whole look together i think, just like wearing accessories to bring an outfit together..... oh i like eyeliner not quite the raccoon look though lol.

Hon,a few reasons are,some women feel beautiful and confident without all that fake cover up(no offense or anything),its bad for your skin,all women are beautiful without makeup,its there choice,and if a man doesnt like the way you look you dont need him at all he should love you for who your are!My personal oppinion is that some women wear makeup to cover up their imperfections and try to make others see the beauty side.

because we don't want to look like hookers, it's true. I worry more about wearing too much makeup than not enough.
I am the type to try my best, I am not lazy about it at all. I always take care of my skin though.
ALWAYS, wear sunscreen underneath your makeup!!
then alittle foundation, alittle mineral sheer bronzer, some mascare, even though I don't need it.and sheer lipstick with vitamin E and Aloe.
more if I am going out, but you like me just the way I am, your pretty too just the way you are.

First of all, most makeup is bad for your pores. Why ruin your pores to make others like you so you can make yourself like you? Second of all, there is something called the "natural" look believe it or not. Third of all, makeup is a choice. It can be too much hassle and too little effect for some people. I can have fake boobs too and look better. Why don't we all get some fake boobs now? It's simply a preference and a sense of how comfortable you are with substances on your face.

wearing makeup CORRECTLY is a symbol of culture, it shows the refined a person is, a bad makeup is vulgar, but personally i wear makeup since 12, it was children makeup back them whit strawberry flavor, but now i'm 39 and i don't have a single line, my skin is so brilliant and soft, an i wear makeup every single day, i look so young and beautiful, whit or whitout makeup, i think is a thing of your genes, not blame make up for your bad skin.

Personally, I go very few places without it. Make up does make 99% of females look better.. provided they know how to apply. Raccoon eyes.. thing of the past unless in a club..

their perogative
inexperienced ..do not know who to apply
some simply do not need it..have natural beauty
could care less what they look like
not trying to impress anyone. have that at home
significant other refuses for them to do so.

I don't wear any makeup....to each his own on that. You might think raccoon eyes looks good....I don't. I think I look perfectly fine without it, and I don't have to worry about getting bad skin because my pores are blocked. And I haven't had any bad comments on my appearance so far. Some people think they look good without makeup.(me)(lol)
