I have a royal blue dress and blue eyes and i don't want my dress to take away from my eyes, so what would make them stand out? ((Don't say more blue :P))

Black mascara, chestnut brown eyeliner (the lighter the brown the better). Also, use a light reddish brown shadow in your crease and a lighter, almost nude color on the lid itself. Dust the entire lid afterwards with a shimmer powder.

I would do dark eyeliner and mascara, and then drust a little blue and purple eyeshadow around the bottom of your eye and the outer corners. But I have a very unique, dramatic look to me as well...
