A clone is a perfect replica of a specific individual or masterclone. The clones in Star Wars are no different. They're not special...lol

Clones are the guys in star wars with the T-shaped visor on their helmet. they were originally ordered to be created for the Republic by Jedi Master Sifo Dyas. Jango Fett's DNA was taken to create this army, so natrually they all look like him. there are Clone Infantry, Clone Commandos and Clone ARC troopers. the infantry work together in big groups, Commandos work together in squads of 4 and ARC's work individually. Jango Fett chose instructers to train the Clones to be the best. they were later turned into the early Stormtroopers. After the first Stormtroopers, Clones were not produced again. Clones did not have normal life spans, it was double of a humans; e.g. if you are 10 years old, they also would have lived for ten years but they would look like they were 20. Sargeant Kal Skirata, a Commando Instructer, however managed to give at least one clone trooper a full human life span.

Clones are identical replicas of a person/creature using DNA, just like the scientist's in England cloned that sheep, and kittens and all other sorts of things, it's allegedly illegal to clone people in real life, but in Star Wars, the clones were all genetic replicas of Jengo Fett, the bounty hunter. If you watch the movie you'll see their faces, and they all look exactly like him, because more or less, they all are him..in physical terms anyway.

The clones in Star Wars are actually what became known as Stormtroopers. They were originally created as soldiers for the Republic, which later was taken over by Emperor Palpitine and Darth Vader and became known as the Empire. The original soldiers (clones) were designed and modeled after Jango Fett, Boba Fett's father

The clones were ordered by the Empire to fight the robot army.
Interestingly enough, the original clones all had names, but so that George Lucas wouldn't look racist, he gave them all kinds of multicultural names like Steve, Juan, Hector, Georges, Amahl, Mohammed, etc. And one day, on the set, they were looking for the Clone named Amahl for a close-up shoot, so the Assistant Director was looking for him; asking everyone he saw. "Has anyone seen Amahl?" he asked. Finally, someone asked him if he had seen Juan, which angered the Assistant Director. "Why would I want to find Juan?" he asked. "Well," started the answerer, "if you've seen Juan, you've seen Amahl."
Because they're CLONES, get it?
