im in disarray right now. icant sleep because of the bed bugs eatting at me.im in a town home and had treament twice and was charged for it!!!!! i even took upon myself to get more spray at 14.00 dollars and still having the same problem.can i sue?

If you live in Arkansas, the answer is no. In every other state you can for "Breach of the Warranty of Habitability." Go see an attorney!

does the home ensure "absolutely safety" if so, then you have a possible case, but if the injuries disallowed you to do something, like an activity, thats another plausible reason to sue, but really, just ask for some kind of compensation, its not like the town home is evil

As long as you did the follow up stuff that they may have asked of you, yes, you can sue.
