I'm getting off, none of my questions are showing up. Last one- Have you ever eaten raw cookie dough? If so, are you still living?? Why do people freak out about that- I have eaten so many raw eggs in my lifetime incorporated in batters, and I have never been sick.

I eat raw cookie dough all of the time. It is probably my favorite food. I have never gotten sick from it.
The raw egg thing... I was dared to drink 6 raw eggs once (because Rocky did it) and I ended up only drinking 4 because I couldn't stand the slimy texture and the thought of what I was drinking. I also did not get sick from it. I didn't eat eggs, raw or cooked, for a long time, but I didn't physically get sick from it.

I've eat raw cookie dough before. It's quite good. Yes, I am still living. People freak out about eating raw eggs because they're not cooked and may contain bacteria which can give you diseases such as salmonella. You're more likely to get sick from eating raw eggs if you like, drink it, not just eat a little raw egg from cookie dough.

Is your score being effected by the deduction of 5 points per question? Maybe you are not making your ???'s understandable to others ... aw, don't quit 'cause things aren't going your way... YES, I've eaten more cookie dough than I care to think of. Ben & Jerry's ice cream has the best cookied dough I've EVER had.

I like the ice cream, but I think that mixture has no egg so its not potentially harmful. But when I was little my mom would always let me lick the spoon after she made coOKies (it was tradition) and I'm ok. If you really like it alot try making some with a substitution of a table spoon of applesause for every egg that the recipe calls for & it tastes great cooked too!

I don't get it either. One of my friends freaked because I let my son lick the spoon after I made brownies - EVERYONE knows that's the funnest part of baking especially for a kid!
As for cookie dough, we grab some from the store on particurlarly stressful days at work and eat it up! And we're still here!

yes, i have eaten raw cookie dough and it is very tasty...I however dont eat raw eggs by themselves, i think that is nasty. Im sorry your questions never got posted, i never saw them.....but it happends all the time...

okay lets start off..
sry that ur quetions arent posting.. its been happing a lot lately i know how frustrating it can be.. and i would get off too lol..
2nd.. yes i have eatten raw cookie dough.. even tho my mom tells me not to, and of course im still living and healthy.!
3rd .. ppl freeak out about it becuase it .. is bad for you.. and we shoudl eat it.. there just looking out ofor us.
4th!.. netiher have i..i have never gotten sick.. i guess we can consider ourselves luckyy i havent eatten cookie dough in a long time tho.. =]
