get your tetanus shot (once every ten years is good). then you won't get it.

The biggest sign is having a rusty nail sticking out of your foot. :-)

I jest. I don't know the signs. But I do know that there is a cure. They have shots for it. I know, because I had that rusty nail sticking out of my foot once. Ouch! If you have any reason to think you have this, just pay a visit to your doctor or a hospital. They can check you out for whatever ails you and fix you up.
