Sometimes after working 10 or so hours I come home and make the mistake of sitting down, only to wake up the next day in the same position and clothes . Aren"t P.J.'s clothes of some kind?

I admit, I often sleep in my clothes right now, because I work on my house (moving in, painting, fixing things), that I get sooooooo tired & decide, "What the heck!" The house doesn't feel clean yet, so neither do I, even when I bathe!
So much to do, better get busy!

Yes sometimes I must sleep in all of my clothes, and my winter jacket, but that's only when I have to sleep in the truck.
