Is Pastor Melissa Scott doing marital and family counseling like other pastors, & does it help?

Is a shrink or pastor better for counseling couples and families. I heard Dr. Gene Scott said God didn't want to hear about marital problems, just get divorced. What does his widow Pastor Melissa Scott advise?

Well, you would have to ask her that question, but yes God does want us to work out our marial problems if any way possible. Some pastors can be very good with couples. Go to your and see if they work with couples. Divorce is not something that God would want us to do, although sometimes it is unavoidable.
