That should run World of Warcraft beautifully.

If it doesn't then something is wrong.

PS
I don't know much about tht graphics card's performance ratings so i couldn't say for sure. But Nvidia make good cards and that is not too old.

I run a similar system but with 2GB Ram and using Intel's E6400 CPU and a GeForce 7900GT (256mb) PIC-E and my Frames per second at FULL graphic settings is always around 95-110 FPS .... sometimes it will go down to 85 but not often .

The system you have up there should do just fine

YES! But you may have to play at lower resolutions and lower quality game settings. You have a pretty good set up except for the budget video card.
You will have more fun w/ games on a 7300GT ddr3, and more so w/ a 7600GT or 7900GS. More powerful cards may be harmful to your wallet because they might also require you to upgrade power supply.

Enjoy the game!

It has no problem running WOW, however, if u want it to be even more smooth, try to upgrade your video card, 7300LE is inferior to 7300GT, which is second to 7600GS(or 7600GT, better), and which is suggested as the perfect partner of WOW.
