I use murphy's oil soap and a sponge or a very light scrub brush you can get from walmart

I tried the Chux magic eraser. It's a little white foam looking sponge that you wet with water and rub on the stain. I didn't honestly think this product would work but it's fantastic. Gets stubborn marks off most surfaces I've tried!

It depends on what the stain is -- rust, mildew, etc. Also, with the paneling the stain may have soaked in. You might find that the best solution is to paint.

I've used a product call Liquid Gold for paneling and found it good.

use tsp liqiuid it,s green in a plastic bottle at most hardware stores and u don,t have 2 rinse let it dry then paint

try fantastic if that doesnt work than just paint over it
