LOL.. that brings back a memory from many years ago. I was about 8 or 9 and said that to someone. They laughed at me, and informed me that I could not have a "cramp" in my hand. At that time I knew nothing about female issues and cramps, but they promptly gave me a run down on it.

Yes more than once, When I get cramps in my hands it gets so bad, I have to sign off for the night,cause I cannot use my hands for the rest of the night.

A lot of times, because at work the temp is like 16º. And I am always in front of the computer!

The little time I don't spend online is spent abusing myself or playing video games.
My cramps have chunks of your cramps in their stool.

i have once, hurt like hell.
the ones I really hate are when you get a cramp on the bottom of your foot, makes it feel like your foot is trying to fold itself in half.

small minor cramp lasting like 2 seconds, then it's gone.......get your fingers off the keyboard lol
