I am being harrassed at my job and have been for the last 8 weeks. I have made verbal, and written complaints and the other day it got much worse....I want to know what my right s are...please help....Do you know of an atty? Policies or procedures of what my job should do?

You do have rights and there are plenty of perfectly good attorneys in Nashville who specialize in workplace discrimination. I suggest you call your local chapter of the ACLU. It's in the phone book, and Nashville does have a local office.
