Insane isn't the same as crazy.
We're all crazy, in some form, or the other.
But insane, means you don't give a damn
about anything. You are a danger, to yourself,
and to others. If you are crazy, you know it.
You blame yourself, for everything that goes
wrong, in your life, as well as, the lives of others.
If you are insane, you don't know it. You believe
that all your problems are everybody else's fault.
That people are out to get you. You may even
hear voices, or see things, that are not really there.
People with these problems need a good doctor,
and even better drugs, to start, to get them on the
right tract. Why sit home alone and worry, when
you can go to your doctor and get help.

If you know they are not talking about you then it isn't that you actually think people are talking about you but that you are telling yourself that they are. You are projecting your own feelings on to others. You can be crazy whether you tell yourself that you are or that you aren't. Some crazy people know that there is something very wrong with them, others are sure it is the rest of the world with the problem.

We're all a little crazy, so don't stress over it to much. You can tell if someone is talking about you when your ears ring. That's the old saying, I don't know if it's true, I don't mind when people talk about me, that's just proof I'm still alive.

I once thought I was losing it. I asked my doctor and she said that people who really lose it don't even know. You could use some counselling though with your life. I f you're not getting anywhere you are stuck . If you had a different focus you enjoy and some goals or direction you might stop worrying about what other people are thinking.

The answer is to see your school counselor. Truly insane people do not see the same world that we do, no. Nor do they question their perception. What you are describing is worry and self-consciousness. Now everyone calls it anxiety. You are not insane so you can eliminate that possibility. You might be under too much stress. Deciding what to do in life can worry us all, especially when we're in school.

A little paranoia never hurt anyone. You might think about cutting back on the caffeine and sugar though....
