First of all adultery is not the law in every state (only your favorite ones ! LOL Red !)
Second , maybe you should ask prosecutors in those states.

I know this may come as a shock to you, but the courts are charged with enforcing the law of the United States, not the law of Hashem.
Also, I'm not exactly sure what you think the court should be doing to enforce a commandment against adultery. Adultery is considered a violation of a marriage contract and thus a just cause to file for divorce. What should the court do instead?

You can't be serious. This must be a troll.
No court in the US is authorized to enforce religious so-called "commandments." Their duty is to respect the US Constitution, which gets its authority NOT from any god but from We the People of the United States.
And even if the "ten commandments" of the Bible mattered, why not just go back to the original - the Negative Confession, recorded by the Scribe Nepseni in the Egyptian Book of the Dead thousands of years before the Hebrews existed.
If you really want to imagine you are living under "God's laws" move to Iran.

Our justice system including the courts uphold the laws of man. The laws of God are an individual matter. Some of them overlap, true, but our courts can legally enforce only man made laws, not the bible.

OK, god-boy, here's your worst nightmare. An athiest who knows his bible. By the 7th commandment, we assume you're talking about not comitting adultery. Interesting, one would have thought you'd go for the 6th about not murdering anyone. But adultery seems to be more important. Hmm.
How about the first commandment? I am the lord thy god. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Assuming you're a christian, you break the first commandment daily by praying to a statue of jesus.....not god. While we're at it , lets move on to the the next chapter (Exodus 21 for those of you keeping score) It goes on to decribe GOD'S LAWS that detail the buying and selling human beings as slaves including your own children. He was fine with that. Hmmm. He even goes on to say that if you beat your slave and he eventually dies, there is no punishment because he is your property, even though the 6th commandment says it's a no-no. COOL! And as far as adultery goes, Exodus 21/10 says a man can marry a slave girl and then take another wife, but he has to keep screwing the slave girl or she can go free. READ YOUR BIBLE its an athiest's best weapon!!!!

Either you're kidding or you are in serious need of long-term psychiatric help.
America was never, is not now and never will be a Christian nation and our courts were never supposed to enforce "Gods" laws, whatever you may think they are.
