Rowdy for the 55 year old philander and he could be a Diamond Broker. All ladies love Diamonds. The doctor should be called Denim (works for male or female) and a word to describe a word to describe denny crane...I don't think there is one but Dr. House....hummmmm just down right weird...but in a great sort of way! Hehehe!

55 means he was probably born in like mid 20th century, I'd give him one of the following names:

Barry
Bruce
Carl
Darren
Darryl
Dean
Dennis
Donald
Douglas
Dwayne
Eugene
Frank
Gary
Gerald
Glenn
Howard
Jerry
Raymond
Roger
Ronald
Terry
Wayne

For last name you might just think of something outside and make it plural. I.E. Raymond Wells.

2. Really I feel this depends on his personality, he probably won't be an art exhibitionist or musician or something like that. I'd say a owner of a local cafe maybe? Other ideas (But these are stuffy, in my opinion) cartographer, accountant, real estate manager..

3. Dr. Smithhisler, Dr. Evans, Dr. Pochtrager

4. a) dunno b) curmudgeon
