Not Necessarily. It is how the person answering the question perceives it and since we don't know how their mind works until we get the answer we really don't know how it may or may not be answered. Some answers are so far off the wall they don't even fall into the categories of silly nor serious.

nope because sometimes people react to questions differently
the question may be a joke,but there will always be somebody who took it literally......can't help that
