i need to find out about a person using a social sercurity number which i have?

This is for dead beat dads and i need a free site to find where he is working but he is in another state, and i have NO credit card and it needs to be completelyFREE!!!!! PLZ HELP ME

locate your state's department of family services - basically, their's a federal law requiring states to collect money from dead beat dads.

There's not a lot of free stuff out there when you're looking to search expensive databases.
