The lyrics and the way it builds with the music gets me everytime.
Not from a movie would without a doubt be Stevie Wonder's "Overjoyed".
If you heard it you would know.

I think each stage of love has a greatest song ;-)
I have two. When I got married, our first dance song was "Don't Want to Miss a Thing", which is so true when you're staring at the person you will be spending the rest of your life with.
Now that I've been married for four years, I really vote for this one: "Because You Loved Me"
