When you go to a college open house, you should definitely ask the following questions:
How much is the tuition per semester, and per year?
Can I get financial aid, or loans for the tuition, or is there another program such as work study that can help me with tuition fees?
What programs are available at your University? Usually they will have program catalogs they will give you at the open house. Find out what your major is and then ask the universities if they have your major concentration.
What courses would you take the first two years? If you took any AP coursework in high school, you might want to find out how that will apply to your college work as credit if you took the CLEP exam.
Find about general University life. How much are the living expenses (if you plan to move out of your house and into a dorm) and where would you be living? Are the living quarters generally safe?
Get the location, email contact and phone numbers of any people you may want to talk to regarding your major, the courses you have to take, and you also need to ask about GPA requirements. What are the GPA requirements to get into the University of your choice? What should the GPA be throughout college? In your major?
Does the campus have a big library? Does the campus have wireless access for students who bring laptops to school to do their work?
And if you want to find out more information that you can't find out about in the open house, I highly suggest you actually go to the colleges you're interested in attending and check out the campus in person, look at the interaction with students and professors (definitely ask about interaction between students and professors), and talk to a counselor who can guide you with your first semester of courses and what majors you would be interested in taking up (if you are not sure what you want to do just in case).
I hope all this information helps you!

Besides the obvious like costs, programs, ect...ask about the security of the campus. Crime rates and how they handle emergencies.

Ask about the cost, if they offer the major your looking for, wat kind of scholarships or financial aid are available to you, their requirements for admission, also try to talk to current students and ask them why they chose that college over all the other ones out there. I hope i was helpfull.
