Even the fines for littering are big in Texas!
All my exes live in Texas...that's enough litter for one state!

i thought that slogan covered the whole spectrum of TEXAS,,not just litter,,
really i see no reason to change the litter slogan,,just change the governor( i said that after voting for him ,,does that make like kerry)
