First-Degree Murder charges against those who cause a fatality while driving under the influence. That would solve the same problem, and would give people an incentive to drink responsibly, as well.

Drunk drivers should NEVER be on the road at all. In fact, it's my opinion that anyone ever caught driving drunk should immediately have their license revoked as there is absolutely no excuse for it.

oh please no! lol while I love the idea of letting them all take each other out...I am a medic on an ambulance and I could just imagine the mess that would be left for me to clean up every morning lol.
