You can get potassium chloride at Kroger, or something similar, since it is a salt (NaCl) substitute.

Potassium chloride can be had at a pharmacy; it is used as a salt substitute by people who are trying to limit their intake of sodium. It is moderately expensive. Calcium chloride is cheap; I bought some at an auto parts store for de-icing my driveway.

Calcium chloride is better known as ice melt. It is easily bought at any home goods store, especially in the winter.

Potassium chloride is usually eaten by folks on salt free diets.(This really means sodium free diets). You can probably buy it in the supermarket bt the salt substitutes.
