The bleach has removed some of the color. At any craft store you can buy a dye pen that you can use to fix it. This will work better than a felt pen or food coloring as the food coloring is harder to use than a pen and the felt pen will fade with repeated washings.

Bleach Spills on Clothing
Bleach is not a stain, it removes color; therefore there is no stain to remove. However, if you spill bleach on a single-colored article of clothing, you can try using Rit dye to restore the color. It is very effective, and quite easy to use - you can even do the entire process in your washing machine. It comes in a wide range of colors, so you should be able to find a color to match, or you can even mix two or more of the colors. The color is as permanent as any clothing dye, so it will fade, but not any more quickly than other dyes normally do. After you have completed the dying process, you can help to set the color by soaking the items for an hour in a solution of 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 gallon of water. If the rinse water shows color after an hour, repeat the procedure. Good luck....:)

I think it is impossible. The bleach hasn't actually left a stain. It has removed the color from a particular spot. That's what bleach does. You can try re-dyeing the item... but otherwise, the bleached-out spot is there to stay.

Bleach does not 'stain' like mud or ink does. Bleach takes the color out of material. So it 'took color out' not added to it. It is impossible to correct this. The alternative is to dye the whole thing one color...because you could not add color to just the spot that got bleach on it. Pouring bleach directly on clothes will actually result in a hole being 'ate' through the material. Bleach is harsh. If you get it on your skin for any length of time...it will burn you. Beware of ever getting it splashed into your eyes.

You can't dye it, or remove it...the spot is permanent... but sometimes it is possible to cover it up if you are creative: Embroidery, Pockets, ladybugs, butterfly, dragon, snake, etc.

Once saw some painted balloons on a child's blouse where fingernail polish was spilled. Looked great.
Used magic marker on navy slacks with bleach spill--not successful--used for outdoor work /slouch clothing for a while but really needed to trash them.
Tried dying black slacks with bleach spot, spot remained spot ..just a lighter black spot.

If skirt is full enough and someone sews, could take out damaged area and reset skirt or add decorative panel.

Find some permanent markers that will help you re-color the bleached spots. I've done that on jeans, and it really helps. Bleach and cleaners with bleach in them remove color. So be very careful, and keep your clothes away from areas where others might be using bleach.

bleach is an absence of the color. it isn't a stain. you need to use the same color dye on the item of clothing. food color will come out. just use fabric dye, and be careful. i doubt you'll find a permanent marker in that same exact color. if you mess up, that marker is there for good. take it to a fabric store and try to match it up as best as possible.

You don't want to get it out.....it is already out.Bleach removes color, Leaving you with a near white canvas.
Do some coloring. Use a felt pen. Might be the ticket. Or food coloring and paint it on the spot.
